Sample preparation

Weight 25mg extract exactly into 25ml dissolution flask.

Add 8ml HPLC grade methanol and ultrasonic bath until sample has dissolved, Cool to room temperature , then diluting to volume with HPLC grade methanol.

Filtering sample through a 0.45µm membrane filter .

Preparation of standards solution

Each weight dried asiaticoside and madecassoside  to make the standards solution with the concentration of 0.8mg/ml (Cs).
